Margaret has worked in the real estate industry since 2003. Originally employed as a Listing Assistant, she quickly worked her way up to Office Manager due to her finely honed attention to detail and ability to effectively oversee all areas of office operations and client concierge.
Before becoming a co-founder of M4 Real Estate Group, Margaret was a Licensed Assistant for 2 top brokers, Executive Assistant for a top lender, as well as the Vice President of Administration and Marketing at one of the top real estate teams in the country. Margaret kept a close eye on all company and team operations, ensuring that each client’s experience was seamless, professional, and as productive as possible.
Margaret began her working career as a Dental Assistant, but felt her talents for project management and design could be best utilized in the administrative field. Before finding her way to Real Estate, she worked for a local retirement consulting firm as an Executive Assistant responsible for the daily operations of a 70+ person office and then in the Actuarial Department assisting in the design and production of Company Benefit Statements.
Outside of work, Margaret spends entirely too much money on kids clothes and arts and craft supplies. She loves spending time with her energetic and artistic kids. She grew up a competitive marksman, competed on a waterski team and spends as much time as she can camping and at her cabin on Hood Canal. Winter is her favorite season and purple is her favorite color!
